Breakfast is served buffet style for groups of ten and larger.

JUICES: Orange, Apple, Cranberry, or Tomato

SELECTIONS:

  • Sausage, Bacon or Ham
  • French Toast or Pancakes
  • Muffins or donuts (homemade)
  • Fresh Fruit 
  • Yogurt

  • Coffee, Tea or Milk

Juice Coffee, Tea, Milk Cereal - Dry, Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Muffins or Donuts, Jam

LUNCH MENU

For lunch, each day, a group may choose a menu that includes selections of up to two of the following options:

  1. Fish Chowder
  2. Cashew Chicken Salad with Grapes and Water Chestnuts
  3. Assorted Soup & Stews with Wrap
  4. Baked Haddock, Garden Salad
  5. Baked Beans / Ham, Cole Slaw
  6. Stuffed Mushroom and Spinach Pizza
  7. Grilled Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Vegetables
  8. Cold Turkey, Potato Salad
  9. Vegetarian Lasagna, Garden Salad
  10. Seafood Quiche, Garden Salad
  11. Fish Cakes, Garden Salad
  12. Alligator Tail Salad (Chicken)
  13. Chicken Caesar Salad with Wraps
  14. Lemon Shrimp Scampi

 

All above lunches are served with rolls, beverage, and dessert.

DINNER MENU

For dinner, each day, a group may choose up to two selections from the following options:

  2. Roast Beef (Prime Rib)

  3. Poached Salmon

 * Conference meals are not limited to the lunch and dinner choices above. With sufficient notice, the kitchen staff will prepare nearly meal upon request, including vegetarian, diabetic, and other special dietary requests. Prices will depend on requested needs.
