We'll do our best to keep your delegates happy with meals they'll enjoy and remember.

Breakfast Menu

Breakfast Menu Selections
For groups smaller than ten people.

For breakfast, we offer continental buffet breakfast and full buffet breakfast. Full buffet breakfast also sometimes includes homemade granola, raspberry French toast and hashbrown casserole.

Continental Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast is served buffet-style for groups of ten or larger.

  • Juice
  • Dry cereal
  • Fresh fruit
  • Muffins, donuts, toast
  • Yogurt
  • Jam
  • Coffee, tea, milk
Lunch Menu

Each day, a group may choose a lunch menu that includes up to two of the following. All lunches are served with rolls, beverage, and dessert.

  • Fish chowder
  • Strawberry/blueberry salad with grilled chicken and poppy seed dressing
  • Eleanor Roosevelt Picnic, consisting of grilled hot dogs, potato salad, watermelon, calico beans, corn on the cob, and other offerings.
  • Roast beef plate with potato salad, marinated carrots, pickle, provolone cheese, honey mustard
  • Fishcakes, cole slaw, chow chow
  • Vegetarian dishes are available
  • Vegetable lasagna and garden salad
  • Lobster stew
  • Turkey salad plate
  • Other offerings upon request
Dinner Menu

Each day, a group may choose up to two of the following. All dinners are served with vegetable, potato/rice, rolls, beverage, and dessert.

  • Boiled lobster dinner
  • Roast beef (prime rib) potato and vegetable
  • Baked haddock elegant
  • Roast turkey dinner
  • Baked chicken
  • Chicken stuffed with feta cheese, sundried tomato pesto
  • Grilled pork with pear sauce
  • Steak dinner
  • Surf and turf (prime rib with lobster, scallops or haddock)
  • Prime rib dinner
  • Poached salmon
  • Pork dinner
